Admission Process
Digital Application: Complete the official pre-registration form with the applicant's and their guardian's information. Document Submission: Digitally attach the birth certificate, the most recent academic report card, and the certificate of good standing. Academic Assessment: Attend the interview scheduled by our admissions committee with the student. Enrollment: Once admission is approved, make the corresponding payment to finalize enrollment.
The following documents must be physically submitted to the school office, neatly organized in a blue plastic hanging file folder: Identification: Photocopy of the student's birth certificate or identity card; and photocopy of the national identity card of both parents or guardians. Financial Proof: Current employment certificate for the parents/guardians, or a signed income statement if self-employed. Previous School Record: Financial clearance certificate from the previous school and the corresponding withdrawal certificate from the SIMAT system. Academic and Conduct Record: Academic reports for all years completed at other institutions, Certificate of Good Conduct, and a copy of the student's record. Health Documents: Photocopy of the vaccination card (required for preschool level).
The school schedules the assessments to be carried out at the FISHER SCHOOL Valledupar campus. Our professionals then generate an assessment report. Parents are rescheduled to discuss the assessment results and confirm the student's admission.
Once the student is accepted into the school, we begin the financial and administrative process. Note: The kits (textbooks, uniforms, pre-ICFES materials, etc.) are purchased from Celedon Inversiones SAS. They only provide service via WhatsApp at +57 302 2335924.
